Now we are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer, who will be creating a technological process that meets the customer's part design and requirements, while staying within the company's manufacturing capabilities and doing so in the most efficient way.
Technologies that we use: SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD, Office.
Manufacturing Processes: chemical etching, laser cutting, punching/stamping, sheet metal fabrication, machining, heat treating, mechanical assemblies.
Team: 7 manufacturing engineers, 2 CNC programmers, 6 project coordinators, 2 purchasing and logistics specialists.
Job to be done:
Evaluate customer's design as it related to the company’s manufacturing process.
Identify design flaws that can affect the manufacturing process.
Develop an efficient and accurate manufacturing process to address customer design.
Create new 3D models / 2D prints based on customer's specifications.
Modify customer’s design to fit the company’s manufacturing process.
Create accurate flat layouts.
Provide internal engineering support.
Schedule: 8 hours/day from 13:00 to 22:00, Kyiv time
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD (or similar software).
Extensive knowledge in sheet metal manufacturing (laser cutting, bending, stamping, etc.).
Understanding of machining, welding, assembly operations.
Understanding of quality control (QC) processes and ensuring manufacturing standards are met - is a plus.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
