1. GENERAL TERMS
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Personal Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) have been developed by Individual Entrepreneur Zhylina Larysa Borysivna, acting on the basis of an Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs – entrepreneurs and public organizations No. 24800000000117279 dated 27.01.2010 (hereinafter referred to as “IE Zhylina Larysa Borysivna”, “HR Solutions Studio”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, ‘us’), which is the owner of personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”).
For the purposes of this Policy, the term “personal data” means any information or set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified in the future.
This Policy applies to the processing of all personal data that you provide to us as a potential candidate for vacancies opened in our clients' companies for which we provide recruitment services, as well as data that we receive from third parties or find in open sources of information, including:

when you respond to a vacancy posted by us on the Internet or voluntarily send us your resume by electronic means without a specific vacancy,

when you submit personal data by filling out a special form on the website https://hrs.in.ua,
-
when you respond to our request (for example, on LinkedIn, other social networks, messengers, or by email), send us your resume or other documents, express interest in a job opening, or agree to an interview with a Company representative,

when we collect additional information about you in the process of searching for and screening potential employees and preparing for employment, until the conclusion of an employment or other contract with you,

when you submit your resume and/or other documents through Company employees or third parties (by recommendation),
-
when you or third parties on your behalf fill out a registration form to participate in various events/trainings/master classes organized by the Company.
Thus, you voluntarily give us your consent to process your personal data in all possible ways in accordance with this Policy and to include this data in the Company's personal data database.
IE Zhylina Larysa Borysivna declares that it pays due attention to the protection of the information transmitted and ensures the processing of personal data at the appropriate level, taking into account the requirements of the Law and other applicable legislation.
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
2.1. Ukrainian legislation
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with:

the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 (current version);

other acts of Ukrainian legislation in the field of personal data protection.
The legal grounds for processing are:

your voluntary consent (Article 11 of the Law);

the need to perform a contract or take actions prior to its conclusion;

the performance of duties provided for by law.
2.2. GDPR Compliance
In cases where the processing of personal data concerns citizens or residents of the European Union, or when our services are provided to customers located in the EU, we also comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The legal grounds for processing in such cases are:

consent of the data subject – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR;

performance of a contract or actions prior to the conclusion of a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;

legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (provision of recruitment services, communication, and reporting).
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
3.1 Personal data of candidates
We may process the following personal data about candidates:

surname, first name, patronymic;
-
contact information (email address, phone number, links to social media profiles, other contacts);
-
information about education;
-
information about work experience and professional achievements;
-
date of birth or age;
-
gender;
-
photographic image;
-
other information voluntarily provided by you, including during the interview stage, which is necessary for us to make a decision in accordance with the purpose of personal data processing specified in this Policy.
We do not collect or process special categories of personal data (race, political opinions, religion, health, sexual orientation, criminal record, genetic or biometric data). Exception: if the candidate voluntarily provides such information and gives explicit consent to its use solely for employment purposes.
3.2 Personal data of our clients/employers
We may process the following personal data about clients:

contact details of company representatives (first names, last names, email, phone number, job titles);

information about job vacancies (job description, requirements, conditions);
-
company information (name, address, industry, size, structure);
-
test assignments and other materials provided by the company for candidates;

recruitment results, including candidates' full names in reports and offers;
-
other data necessary for the provision of recruitment services.
4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Data is transferred to our clients/employers only with your consent.
We may transfer your personal data:

to potential employers (only if there is a relevant vacancy).

our contractors (e.g., IT providers, including Google Workspace (ISO/IEC 27001 certified and other international standards), as well as website/CRM service providers)
-
government authorities in cases provided for by law
5. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of candidates' personal data is carried out by IE Zhylina Larysa Borysivna only for the purposes of: providing you with a response, assessing your suitability for the current vacancy, conducting other necessary checks on candidates, making a decision on an interview and conducting it, forming a job offer, as well as maintaining records until the establishment of an employment relationship.
If, after you or a third party acting on your behalf has sent personal data, including after receiving a response from us or undergoing an interview, you do not request the deletion of personal data (all or specifically defined), this data will be stored by us in the candidate database for the purpose of forming a reserve of potential candidates.
Personal data will be stored by us in the candidate database for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data or submit a request for the deletion of personal data.
All client data is processed for the purpose of providing recruitment services and fulfilling contracts and legal obligations.
6. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine and (if necessary) Articles 12–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

know what data about you is being processed;

receive information about the conditions of processing and access to data;
-
request changes, corrections, or deletion of your data;
-
withdraw consent to processing;
-
restrict processing;
-
file a complaint with the Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner or a court (in Ukraine), and for EU residents, with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
IE Zhylina Larysa Borysivna has adopted and implemented security measures and policies designed to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized use, modification, or deletion. We apply organizational and technical security measures provided for in Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data.” Only authorized persons who are required to maintain confidentiality have access.
