To ensure the best service and results, our recruitment process covers the following steps:

Discovery & Agreement
We meet with the client (online) to thoroughly understand the vacancy requirements, ask detailed questions, finalize the vacancy request form, agree on terms, and sign the contract.

Sourcing & Screening
We utilize effective search methods (primarily executive search, networks, LinkedIn) to find candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and present only those matching the requirements to the client, along with our interview feedback.

Coordination & Offer
We coordinate all client-side interviews, provide weekly status reports, assist the client in providing feedback, help formulate the job offer, and participate in interviews alongside the client.

Follow-up & Onboarding
We maintain communication with both the candidate and client throughout the probationary period and offer consultation on the onboarding process.
